Liz Caan is a Boston based interior designer who wanted to utilize social media as a tool to get her work in front of the right types of clients. As the principal of a fast growing firm, she was struggling to handle day to day posting herself. She wasn’t sure which metrics she should care about and wanted to communicate her brand in a way that was elevated and clear.
We worked with Liz to truly understand what made her business unique and translated that into Instagram content that told the right kinds of stories. We helped her create a brand video, established a consistent brand voice and spoke with her monthly to ensure the stories we were telling reflected what she was working on. She grew both her followers and engagement rate, but most importantly – Instagram transitioned from an unmanageable platform that lacked creative direction to an extension of her site, her day to day work life and a source of qualified leads.
